So Tell Me This

What do I have to get away from all of this? This is (now) a rhetorical question. It's so easy to get caught up in daily activities and conversations that I lose sight of the bigger picture. I guess that's what you get when your MBTI tells you you're an ENTJ, right?

Although sometimes, I think the E is wrong. I'm definitely more of an I.

After seeing a friend I haven't seen in a long time and talking to another I haven't spoken to in a while, I realized that the answer is: BETTER TIME MANAGEMENT. Not to sound over self confident, but I think I do have pretty good time management skills already. It's just that self improvement can always be done. No one is perfect...

So here's my point, and what I'd like to make public to the world (or the few that actually read my blog):

BETTER TIME MANAGEMENT STARTING TOMORROW! I will plan better and pack my schedule with productive and fun things to do. No more wasting time. And when I say "waste", it doesn't include playing 30 minutes of Montezuma or Bad Apples on my iPhone. That, in fact, is considered productive for me.

Contingency is unavoidable, but I know if I keep busy, I'll get better grades, be more well rounded, and therefore, be happier.

I also will strive to read more-- read everything I can get my hands on sans my HRM text book because I hate that piece of $#!*. I just subscribed to a wonderful current events magazine and dusted off the books I bought months ago but never read that are under my bed. I'll live my life through other people's stories and I'm so excited.

For all you SMG peepz, I guess this is my After Action Review (AAR) on blast. But this just makes me more likely to keep my promises I make, right? In 1 month from now, I'll see how I'm doing and if I feel great, I'll know I've done a good job. I'll also reward myself by buying that Helen Ficalora initial necklace I've been eying.

So even though I dislike it very much sometimes, I have learned a lot from Organizational Behavior. It's like I have an internal HRM system.

HRM... shudder.

xoxo
